In case you receive an error message from SketchUp that the installation of the plugin does not work for an unknown reason, then it might be the case that you have not yet unzipped the download file.
In some situations WINDOWS suggests that you are in front of the e.g. sci_noise3D_v220.127.116.11.0.rbz file, yet in reality your are only “looking into” the zip file. SketchUp does not support installing from within a zip file.
Therefore, in any such situation please double check that you really unzipped explicitly the download file and then try again.
