noise3D is the intuitive tool which can be deployed with less introduction. Calculation of sound propagation outdoor with noise3D™ is straight forward. The CAD type interface provided by SketchUp allows the user “to see what you get”. The 3D noise control model placed into a terrain allows you to verify very intuitively that all objects have been defined correctly, there will be less issue with incorrect heights or distances. The model can be turned around and viewed from different perspectives to verify that everything is ok before proceeding with the calculation process.
