noise3D™ builds on ® technology
Calculation of sound propagation outdoor with noise3D is straight forward. Define the geometry of buildings and obstacles and the position of the noise source and immission points in a 3D model of the SketchUp® application. SketchUp® is convenient for input of quality 3D geometry data. You will either have or aquire a SketchUp® license from Trimble.
With a 3D model built you will record the noise data through user friendly input masks. Within seconds or minutes the ISO 9613-2 calculation provides results, such as precise result tables or colored noise maps. You will be able to present, print or onward process the results in standard office packages. With the noise3D solution you will do this by just a few clicks. With our latest release you can even transform existing SketchUp® models in noise3D into a comprehensive noise model using the funktion “building envelope”. Architects will apprechiate this linkage of architecture plans with a capability for noise control engineering.
Release 184.108.40.206 of noise3D is now available. The new release has been tested successfully with SketchUp® 2019 and 2020 and continues to support the versions PRO or MAKE 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. On the other side SketchUp Shop and SketchUp Free do not support plugins like noise3D. You have the choice to purchase a noise3D unlimited license or pay monthly. When you decide for a monthly license then you pay only in those months when you need it. There are no automatic subscriptions, no termination or other service fees.
